Dear Siberia Airlines Representative:As a frequent traveler on international routes, often with my children sitting next to me, I offer my condolences for not just the passengers but also for your staff who perished in this tragic crash. It is a country of proud and warm people where I am honored to have many terrific friends. Loss of life at any time is terrible and Ifeel very deeply for your crew members and for the lost passengers.Russia seems so far away when you live in the USA but we are all livingin the same world and decent thinking people everywhere will behorrified by what has happened to you and yours. All countries that aresubject to terrorism (and that is much of the world these days) knowwhat it is to experience these cowardly, unprovoked and indiscriminateattacks and we must all do what we can to defeat the perpetrators. Мои искренние соболезнования.Совсем недавно,за 6 дней до трагедии,летел рейсом Вашей авиакомпании.Обидно и горько,что вновь Васпостигла такое горе - было жутко,когда бездарные и безответственныепускатели старых ракет убили пассажиров,а теперь - судя по списку -в число находящихся на борту проник дьявол в юбке - мы прекраснопонимаем,что это за пассажирка и без всяких расследований.Остается только пожелать Вам спокойствия духа.К сожалению,далеконе всё зависит от авиаперевозчика.

Dear Staff of Siberia Airlines, During the last 2 weeks I had the pleasure to fly with Your Company when passing my holiday in Russia. I really enjoyed those flights (from Moscow to Mineralnye Vody and back)because of the kindness and good service by Your Crew.
